Kids are always happy when they receive gifts from their parents or relatives or any one that they are fond of with.In general most of the gifts are made for entertainment use like toys. But sometimes some parents surprises their children with very useful gifts.
Our Heavenly Father surprised us with ‘two great gifts. ‘ His begotten Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. Without the work of Holy Spirit no one can accept Jesus as their personal Lord and savior.
We are really blessed with these two great gifts. Human lives would have been a huge disaster without Christ and Holy Spirit. The work of the Holy Spirit is really amazing; He prepares people for the coming Kingdom. He leads the people to Jesus and stays with them in all their walks of life as wonderful counselor and a powerful comforter. He dissect the hearts and minds of the people with the living word of God and convicts them of their sins and leads them to the lord; what a marvelous work. Jesus has promised the world that the comforter will stay with the people until He come back the second time.
Holy Spirit comforts us when we go through deep valleys of life and sustain us in faith with endurance and mercy. The greatest gift of salvation came through Christ Jesus and the assurance of this comes through the Holy Spirit. We may not get enough words to thank our Heavenly Father for these wonderful gifts in our lives.
